What to Expect from Our Runs
Some of the locations on the map are just a peek of what's in store, there’s so much more to discover during the retreat. We didn’t want to spoil all the surprises!
Variety of Terrains: Every day brings a fresh adventure! Run through lush forests, jungles, sandy beaches, off-road tracks, or even charming town streets.
Total Distance: Add up your kilometers! You could cover up to 50km on a 5-day retreat or 100km on a 10-day retreat, depending on how much you choose to run.
Difficulty Level: Most routes are easy to moderate, with minimal elevation, so you can focus on enjoying the scenery without worrying about steep climbs.
Choose Your Pace: Whether you’re in it for the challenge or just want to soak up the vibes, you decide how far and how fast you run each day.

About Our Trails
Patong Beach
A scenic 5.5-km coastal route along Patong Beach, perfect for runners who enjoy an energetic atmosphere. This path lets you run with ocean views, passing lively streets and beachfront areas, making it a dynamic mix of fitness and Phuket’s vibrant energy. Enjoy the sight of the 2nd most beautiful beach in Thailand



Kata Karon Boardwalk
A stunning 10-km route along the Kata-Karon Boardwalk, connecting Kata and Karon Beach. This scenic path offers ocean views, a refreshing sea breeze, perfect for a refreshing and energizing run.





Nai Harn Lake Loop
Enjoy this 2.1-km loop trail near Mueang Phuket, Phuket. Generally considered an easy route, It is located right next to Nai Harn Beach, you will get to see the view of the mountains, enjoy the lake, and also the beach




Chalong Dam
A nearly-flat 4-kilometer run, around Chalong Dam. Typically considered a moderately challenging route.
The run will commence at 'Si Supharam Temple' concluding with a stroll around the temple.




King Rama Park
In the heart of Phuket Town lies a park featuring a flat 4-kilometer running trail loop. This beautiful park, right in the heart of Phuket Town, is well-loved by locals for its pristine green grounds, open-air gym, and over 6 km of runnable paths.




Kathu Reservoir
A beautifull jungly 6.5-km loop in Kathu. This trail will take you through the stretch of forest from Kathu to the East of Bang Wad Reservoir



Ban Bang Niao Reservoir
A quiet and easy 5.5-km loop near Thalang, the northern part of Phuket. This trail loops around Ban Bang Niao Dam Reservoir. It goes through paved paths and forest trail



Pru Jeh Son Lake Loop
A secluded 3.7-km loop near thalang, the northern part of Phuket. This trail will take you around the lushness of greenery around Pru Jeh Son Lake located just east of Mai Khao Beach in the north part of Phuket
