A Day With IRUNNER
Morning
5AM -11AM
Sunrise Run: Start your day with a guided run through Phuket’s most scenic spots. Distances vary to suit all levels, whether you’re aiming to improve your endurance or enjoy a lighter pace.
Post-Run Recovery: Cool down with stretches and recovery tips from our coaches to ensure you’re ready for the rest of the day.
Breakfast: Replenish your energy with a great breakfast after the morning run.
Midday
11AM - 3PM
Relax & Education: You’ll have some downtime to relax and recharge, with the option to join activities like Yoga, Pilates, expert-led running lessons, or Sound Healing therapy to elevate your retreat experience.
Lunch: Enjoy a nutritious meal with fresh, local flavors. This is a time to enjoy a moment and refresh, with options that cater to all dietary preferences.
Afternoon
3PM - 6PM
After Run Activities: Each day offers a unique activity, from Thai cooking classes to Ziplining or an excursion to Khao Sok . These are optional, so join what interests you or relax as you wish
Evening
6PM -10PM
Group Dinner: Experience Phuket’s culture and savor authentic local flavors at hidden culinary gems.
